Involved in hockey most of his life from playing a little to coaching minor hockey thru to Junior Tier II.

Bob's focus has been primarily the OMHA and also some GTHL.  The Oakville native was a Coach / General Manager with Flamboro Jr. C in 1981, an Assistant Coach in Streetsville ( Derby's ) in the mid 80's early 90's and an assistant with the Oakville Blades Jr. B's in 1982-83

Bob's passion for the game shows in his scouting as he enjoys watching players develop from young 15-16 year olds selected in the draft to their final year .

"They all can't be pro's but I know one thing when they graduate from Guelph they leave here with thier feet on the ground and solid young men . That is the biggest thrill that I get is knowing I was part of a group of scouts that saw something in a young boy that one day they will graduate and contribute to society."
