Former Guelph Storm star Manny Malhotra is returning to play in Canada.
The Vancouver Canucks have signed veteran center Manny Malhotra to a three-year $7.5 million contract.
Malhotra, 30, had a career-high 14 goals and added 19 assists for 30 points, going plus-17 with 41 penalty minutes last season for the San Jose Sharks, after signing as a free agent in September.
He played for the Storm for two full years and graduated from Our Lady of Lourdes high school, in 1998.
